Land Management/ Landscape Field Crew

Full-time / Hourly / This is a position consisting mainly of fieldwork.

BlueFlax Design, a rapidly growing ecological design/build company is seeking a Field Crew Member.

Full-time, year-round, hourly position with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation time, paid sick time and retirement plan.

Fieldwork will involve: Restoration planting, Invasive plant removal/management, Landscape construction, Plant identification, Pruning, and plant care.

Must be able to: Use power tools, Read landscape plans and Work outdoors in all types of weather.

Must have the following: Proof of ability to work in the U.S.A., Valid driver’s license, Valid DOT Medical Card (or able/willing to obtain) and MA Pesticide License (or able/willing to obtain).

Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Schedule: 8 hours Shift - 7:15am to 3:45pm - Monday to Friday
